We require a two night minimum stay from May 1st through October 1st, although exceptions may be made due to cancellations. Cancellations made 14 days prior to a reservation are subject to a $50.00 fee.  Cancellations made 7 days prior to a reservation are subject to a charge for one night's stay.  Cancellations made 48 hours prior to a reservation are subject to a charge for the entirety of the stay. 

 All four rooms may be rented out for special events and occasions.

Our rates include a full hot breakfast daily, freshly baked cakes and cookies, and snacks and refreshments throughout the day. Also included are beach passes to over 10 of the Town of Southampton's beaches, and beach equipment including chairs, towels, and umbrellas.

At The Shearwater Inn, smoking is limited to the outdoors or on our spacious deck.  Sorry, we do not allow pets.
