We require a two night minimum stay from May 1st through October 1st, although exceptions may be made due to cancellations. Cancellations made 14 days prior to stay are subject to a $50.00 fee.  Cancellations of reservations made 7 days prior are subject to a charge for one night's stay.  All four rooms may be rented out for special events and occasions.

Our rates include a full hot breakfast daily, freshly baked cakes and cookies, and snacks and refreshments throughout the day. Also included are beach passes to over 10 of the Town of Southampton's beaches, and beach equipment including chairs, towels, and umbrellas.

Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., however alternate arrangements may be made by calling or e-mailing us. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Gift certificates are available and great for all occasions.

We are close to the Speonk and Westhampton Long Island Rail Road stations, and will provide you with taxi information and accurate directions to Shearwater Inn.
